We are thrilled to announce the details of our 9th annual Okotoks Christmas Market!
This year will be different but AWESOME! We are working closely with the Town and AHS to ensure a safe event and will be following all COVID protocols. This means that this year we have chosen to host the market at one location (Foothills Centennial Center) over two weekends! A great mix of vendors, indoors and outdoors for the maximum distancing

Frequently Asked Questions

How can I get tickets? 
We have some pre-booked inside shopping entry times available, as well as tickets at the door. Pre-booking is not necessary but it allows us to better manage capacity, lines and ensure a safe event for our shoppers, vendors, staff and volunteers. 

We recommend booking a shopping slot but will have walk-up tickets available. If you prefer to see us when you are free instead of pre-booking - great! For those doing walkup, if we happen to be full indoors, you can shop the outdoor vendors while you wait! We will text you when indoor space is available!  Win win! 

Help! My time/date that I want to come is sold out. Can I still come? 
YES! If an indoor entry time that you are looking for it sold out, it does NOT mean you cannot come at that time. Just come by and see us! 
Depending on the amount of shoppers indoors when you arrive, you may be placed on the waitlist and asked to shop the outdoor village, or wait in your car until we text you.

Indoor entry timeslots were set to prevent overcrowding indoors and long lineups. Many factors contribute to how quick a wait can be, but we actively manage the indoor capacity to get you in as quickly as we can - or with no wait at all! 

What about a vendor list for each weekend? 
We try to be as flexible as possible to allow awesome vendors to join our show. The current list is available on our Facebook event (CLICK HERE), and the final will be posted on social media two days before each weekend.

What about Santa?
Calgary's Ultimate Santa will be joining us as we work to raise funds for some great causes in our community. These spaces will be pre-book only (www.calgaryultimatesanta.com)


What about COVID-19?

Our COVID-19 Safety Protocols! 

We are dedicated to ensuring a safe and successful event for our community! 

COVID-19 Symptoms
Please do not attend the market if you are experiencing any symptoms of COVID-19, or if you are still in a mandatory self-isolation/quarantine period 

Masks
Masks/shields are required indoors for shoppers and vendors. Medical exceptions will be admitted. Outdoors masks are encouraged for shoppers but not required

Social Distancing and Capacity Restrictions

Indoor capacity will adhere to AHS guidelines at all times. This is why we encourage shoppers to pre-book their indoor shopping times to ensure they have a time. Please remember to stick to your entrance time to help us manage capacity and lineups! 


Please be patient if you have not pre-booked a ticket, we will do our best to get you inside but in the meantime, enjoy our vendors in the outdoor village! 

Sanitizer Stations

There will be hand sanitizer stations throughout the market, as well as each vendor is required by AHS to have hand sanitizer in their booth for public use.

Directional Traffic

The market will follow indoor, one way traffic. Please help us keep the event safe by following the directional arrows!
